Amount based on the tender: Euro 582,104.30 net of VAT, of which Euro 524.30 for charges relating to the implementation of security plans, not subject to reduction.

- Main service: supply and transport of machine for tensile / bending tests on GII € 552.450,00

- Secondary service: installation service and training in the use of the machine at the ONA Pontassieve € 29,654.30 of which security charges € 524.30

The cost of labor is € 29,130.00.

For a precise description of the subject of the Contract, please refer to the content of the draft Contract attached to the Tender Regulations (Annex no. 6).

It should also be noted that the supply covered by the contract must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specification nr. ONI/ONA ST 146 1 0 of 30/01/2023 attached to the Draft Contract.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
