2. The credit should be available to the Contracting Authority within 5 working days from the date of submission of the instruction by the Contracting Authority by 20 December 2023 at the latest in the amount of PLN 8,200,000.00.
3. The credit will be used in Polish currency.

6. If the repayment of the loan falls on a public holiday, it should be assumed that this deadline has been met if the repayment takes place on the first business day after the scheduled repayment date
7. Interest on the loan will be repaid in monthly installments, the first installment in the month following the month in which the loan will be disbursed. Interest instalments are to be calculated for a period of calendar months.
8. Interest instalments are payable by the 20th day of the following month for a given interest period (calendar month) on the basis of a written notification from the bank on the amount of interest delivered to the Contracting Authority no later than 5 days before the interest payment date (by e-mail to the following addresses: j.flejszar@trzebownisko.pl, e.kazimirowicz@trzebownisko.pl.
Interest on the loan amount will be calculated for each day of using the loan on a monthly basis – the number of days in each month corresponds to the actual number of calendar days. For the purposes of calculations, it should be assumed that the calendar year in all years of loan repayment has 365 days (e.g. in leap years in the month of February, the number of days should be counted in the numerator 29 and divided by 365). To calculate the interest for the first interest period, it should be assumed that the loan will be disbursed in full on 20 December 2023 and for this period, i.e. 20.12.2023 until 31.12.2023. Interest will be payable by 20.01.2024. The interest will be calculated on the basis of the variable WIBOR 1M rate defined as the rate from the last business day of the previous month, which will be effective from the first day of the commencement of the next interest period, i.e. the Contractor shall apply the WIBOR 1M rate from the last business day of the month preceding the accounting month increased by the bank's margin when calculating interest for each subsequent interest period.
9. Loan collateral: blank promissory note, promissory note declaration, the above-mentioned collateral will be countersigned by the Treasurer of the Municipality.
10. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to early repayment of part or all of the loan as well as to disburse an incomplete amount of the loan, and the Contractor will not charge any additional fees or commissions in this respect.
11. All costs related to granting the loan and its servicing, including fees and commissions, will be included in the bank's margin.
12. The Contracting Authority informs that due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, services related to the granting and servicing of the loan cannot be entrusted to subcontractors
13. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor to employ a person providing administrative and accounting services for a loan on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 465)
