The mission consists of assisting the direction of the City Policy/Urban Renewal to support the operational implementation of the two urban renewal projects, taking into account the mandatory procedures and the various constraints inherent in this project. The objective will be to achieve strategic implementation both for the definition of actions and for the monitoring of implementation, as well as the coordination and planning of the various operational phases. This work will be done in consultation with the different project actors (all project masters) and in particular the project leader. Nine missions are identified.
