1) The subject of the contract is the supply of servers (2 pcs.), specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment".
2) The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of manufacture: not older than 2022), meet the required standards, have appropriate certificates, be allowed for sale and use in the Republic of Poland.
3) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of equipment along with its delivery, unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.
4. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ;
5) Order completion date: up to 41 days from the date of receipt of the order. The Contractor may shorten the deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above. A bid providing for a shortening of the deadline will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer.
6) Delivery address: Institute of Computer Science, Będzińska 39, 41-200 Sosnowiec.
7) Minimum warranty required: 7 years warranty, 24/7 technical support, troubleshooting support. Support for technicians and/or spare parts on site.
8. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract and the terms of payment shall include a model contract set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
9) The Contracting Authority does not provide for additional requirements related to the performance of the contract regarding social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or confidential aspects of information provided to the Contractor in the course of contract performance;
10) The contracting authority does not provide for a reserved clause within the meaning of Article 94 of the PPL;
11) Due to the type of contract, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to employ under an employment contract referred to in Article 95 of the PPL.
12) Information on the obligation of the Contractor to perform key tasks personally.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to personally perform tasks related to works related to placement and installation by individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL, or related to the participation of entities providing resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL.
