The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the supply of non-alcoholic beverages, pre-packaged food and single-use auxiliary items.
The framework agreement is divided into 3 lots:
- Lot 1: Supply of beverages and pre-packaged foodstuffs
- Lot 2: Supply of organic and/or Fairtrade pre-packaged beverages and foodstuffs
- Lot 3: Supply of single-use auxiliary items
This Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years starting on 1 February 2024.
The framework agreement is concluded for the benefit of the following user entities:
- The services of the Walloon Region whose administrations are located in various locations in the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region;
- Agencies directly dependent on them;
- Walloon ministerial offices;
- The bodies under agreement (contracting authorities) which have signed an agreement on membership of the central purchasing body, which have expressed their interest in this procedure, which have communicated their needs
