The public market is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum amount and without maximum amount for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 3º of the public procurement code. The public contract is concluded for a period going from its date of notification to 30.9.2021.
