When it is clear what the points of attention are, the goal is to coach the resident to take steps to become socially fit. If the contractor is unable to remove any obstacles, the contractor is expected to refer the resident and guide him to the service or assistance that is necessary to remove the obstacle.

The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude a framework agreement with one party with regard to the "social fit" of residents.

The municipality expects to purchase services with an expected total value of € 800,000.00 over the entire term of 2 years with an option to extend the framework agreement twice one year.
