Refurbishment of Elizabethlaan (N34) in the district of Heist, north of the tram tracks with renewal of roads and sewers:

- from the municipal boundary with Zeebrugge to the Heldenplein,

- connection J. Dhoorelaan,

- Zeedijk at Vissershuldeplein,

- Graaf d'Ursellaan.

Construction of a landscape park between N34 and Knokkestraat (between Polderstraat and Krommedijk).

The assignment includes:

- the refurbishment of:

—— The Elizabetlaan north of the tram tracks from the municipal boundary with Zeebrugge to the Heldenplein,

—— the intersection with the J.D'hoorelaan,

—— The Zeedijk, near the Vissershuldeplein,

—— The count d'Ursellaan,

- renewing the sewers in the entire project area,

- construction of a landscape park between N34 and Knokkestraat (between Polderstraat and Krommedijk),

- working tram tracks:

—— the construction of new tram level crossings for pedestrians and cyclists,

—— the construction of new tram stops,

—— renewal of tracks at the existing tram crossing at the Heistlaan.
