Traffic routing for the general public: Passenger transport by local rail passenger transport (SPNV) for the operation of lines RE 16 (Essen – Hagen – Iserlohn), RB 46 (Bochum – Gelsenkirchen (until December 2026)), RB 91 (Hagen – Iserlohn/Siegen)). The power is divided into two operating stages. The first operating stage has the term December 2023 to December 2026 (with RB 46), the operating stage two has a term from December 2026 to December 2034 (without RB 46). The annual power volume comprises approx. 2.51 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage 1 and approx. 2.16 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage.
