The subject of the order shall consist of:
1) maintaining cleanliness on municipal roads;
2) cleaning bus shelters;
3) ensuring cleanliness within bus stops located in the lanes of poviat, provincial and national roads.

I. The subject of the contract consists of:
1. Maintaining cleanliness on municipal roads by:
1) maintaining cleanliness on roadways, sidewalks, bicycle and pedestrian-bicycle paths, parking lots, bus stops and bus bays,
2) maintaining cleanliness on other elements of the road lane,
3) care of greenery in the road lane,
4) emptying waste bins,
5) removal of grass and other plants on roadways, sidewalks, bicycle and pedestrian and bicycle paths, parking lots and areas near bus stops,
6) removal of advertisements and advertisements from road infrastructure (road signs, signalling devices and lanterns) and trees and poles (except advertising poles),
7) removal of oil spills and other impurities resulting from road accidents,
8) washing barriers under the viaduct along Jana Pawła II Avenue and barriers in the area of the parking lot at Grunwaldzka Street;
II. 2. Cleaning bus shelters by:
1) removing advertisements, advertisements and graffiti,
2) washing shelters,
3) removal of snow, leaves and other impurities from the roofs of shelters;
III. 3. Ensuring cleanliness within bus stops located in the lanes of poviat, provincial and national roads by:
1) maintaining cleanliness on sidewalks and bus stop areas,
2) emptying waste bins,
3) removal of grass and other plants on sidewalks in bus stop areas.
