The Canton of Graubünden is introducing an electronic building permit procedure (eBBV). As part of this submission, a service provider is being sought who will set up a corresponding IT platform and accompany its operation. Both "on prem" and "cloud" offerings are allowed. Nevertheless, offers based on open source technologies are welcomed as well as those based on commercial modules.

The platform offers both a web interface and various interfaces so that the actors involved (applicants, municipal building authorities, cantonal specialist offices, others) can handle the building permit procedures comprehensively digitally and optimally supported.
