The scope of the subject matter of the Contract includes the design, manufacture or purchase (including the transfer of ownership to the Contracting Authority), delivery, installation and commissioning of the Equipment (AT) at the position of the final destination, i.e. at the workstations or storage stations located on the premises of the SE of the Contracting Authority.
