The purpose of this contract is to issue, supply and deliver dematerialized meal vouchers for agents of the Community of municipalities of the Pays d'Ancenis. The COMPA workforce, as of September 2020, eligible for restaurant vouchers, amounts to 140 agents.
The holder must offer meal vouchers issued in dematerialized form passing through the banking network with physical payment support. This contract is a framework agreement with order forms which will give rise to the award of a contract to a single operator for the duration of the contract, concluded in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The amount of services is between a minimum annual amount of EUR 90,000 excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of EUR 350,000 excluding VAT. Provisional notification date: March 2021.
