External support for the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA in a greenfield approach. The business processes are to be converted from SAP ECC version 6.0 EHP 8.
Subject of the order:
The subject matter of the contract is the necessary IT services and IT consulting services for the successful migration of our current SAP ERP landscape to an S/4HANA platform in the greenfield approach.
The following assumptions are made:
- terranets bw uses SAP ECC version 6.0 EHP 8 as well as extensions and other interfaces for all business processes.
- terranets bw reports according to HGB and IFRS
Project goals:
- Introduction and go-live of SAP S/4 HANA within the planned timeframe.
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation close to the standard. In addition, in-house developments will be necessary if necessary. The expected focus will be on PM and regulatory requirements.
- Process optimization and standardization to achieve high data quality and maintainability of the system
- The demonstration of perspective digitization solutions for the time after going live
- Definition of individual implementation steps and measures, taking into account commercial, tax and regulatory aspects in the future SAP S/4HANA system
- Creation of a detailed schedule of each step, adherence to the logical sequence while respecting the deadlines.
- Coordination and assistance in the targeted implementation of technical and IT measures to ensure a successful change and go-live SAP S/4HANA
- Transfer of relevant master data to the SAP S/4 HANA system (export/ import/ processing if necessary)
General requirements:
As part of the SAP S/4 HANA project, the following general tasks, knowledge and/or skills may have to be brought into the project by the consultant:
- Industry knowledge in the energy industry or in the regulated grid operator environment
- Expertise in S/4 HANA Transformationsprojekten
- Communication and coordination with the experts and project members; Contribution of process expertise and knowledge transfer
- Introduction and demonstration of best practice approaches / benchmarking and process optimizations taking into account the digital transformation and perspective development scenarios for SAP 4/HANA
- Support in the identification of optimization potential for functionalities
- Challenges of concepts, processes (E2E) and implementation ideas (e.g. Master data maintenance processes)
- Implement developed information/reporting requirements together with the technical E2E process teams (embedded analytics priority, SAC).
- Consulting "close to implementation" at operational level
- Preparation of training documents, documentation of results and decision templates if necessary conducting workshops
- Implementation of the project using agile methods
- Documentation of the IT-technical implementation, according to the specifications specified in the project

Professional requirements:
As part of the SAP S/4 HANA project, the following technical or SAP-specific tasks, knowledge and/or skills may have to be introduced into the project by the consultant:
o Support services for the development of the SAP system landscape:
- The consultants have the necessary understanding of architecture to design a sustainable and modern target architecture in the ERP environment in the energy industry context
- The methodological competence and project experience in the development of corporate templates in the ERP core environment based on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Analysis of previous (in-house) developments, new design or transfer of developments
- Interface development to existing extensions (mainly SAP S/4 HANA standard interfaces)
o Testing:
- Support in the design and preparation of tests for the S/4HANA target processes. This may include building a test matrix.
- Conception of automated tests
- Support with test documentation and execution if necessary integration into Solution Manager and/or other tools for test support
- Qualification for setting up test cases depending on the tool (e.g. SolMan, etc.)
o Further development of authorization concepts:
- Introduction/further development of the Data Governance Concept (ILM)
- Active support in the conception, decision-making and implementation of the developed authorization concepts in SAP S/4 HANA
- Experience in the technical conception and technical implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA authorization system with a focus on the modules FI, CO, MM and SAP S/4 HANA authorization.
o SAP Customizing/ Entwicklungsanforderungen:
- System overview and process knowledge S/4 EAM / PM and customizing knowledge as well as development know-how in records management or experience with CDS views & unit testing
- In-depth development knowledge (ABAP, ABAP OO and S/4HANA on ABAP. Knowledge of SAP FIORI, web services, JAVA, CDS and ODATA is helpful)
