The subject of the contract is the development, software, implementation and maintenance of the system along with the provision of warranty services and the provision of licenses.

Stages of execution:

Stage I: preparation of the Project Implementation Schedule and Pre-Implementation Analysis along with the delivery of documentation from the analysis.

Stage II:

a) providing the Contractor's Infrastructure for the purpose of making the System available to the Contracting Authority and its residents meeting the requirements described in Appendix 4 to the Agreement,

b) implementation and launch of the System in the part concerning fully functioning tax calculators allowing the residents of the Contracting Authority to submit declarations in the field of real estate, agricultural, forestry, means of transport tax and declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management.

Stage III: delivery of a fully functional System in the scope of all modules made available in part for residents and in part for users of the Ordering Party.

1.The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the development, software, implementation and maintenance of the system together with the provision of warranty services and the provision of licenses.

2.The subject of the contract will be performed in three stages:

1)Stage I:

preparation of the Project Implementation Schedule and Pre-Implementation Analysis along with the provision of documentation from the analysis carried out in accordance with the OPZ constituting Annex 1 of the contract and the provisions of the Agreement template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2)Etap II:

a) providing the Contractor's Infrastructure for the purpose of making the System available to the Contracting Authority and its residents meeting the requirements described in Appendix. No. 4 to the Agreement,

b) implementation and launch of the System in the part concerning fully functioning tax calculators allowing the residents of the Contracting Authority to submit declarations in the field of real estate, agricultural, forestry, means of transport tax and declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management.

3)Etap III:

delivery of a fully functional System in the scope of all modules made available in part for residents and in part for users of the Ordering Party described in the OPZ:

a) providing Integration Elements,

b) delivery of a set of Documentation,

c) building and maintaining a mechanism for making copies of data to the Infrastructure of the Contracting Entity,

d) conducting tests of the delivered solution by the Contractor and in the manner specified in the test plan,

e) conducting training to the extent necessary for the proper administration and operation of the System.

3.A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Deadline for the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in the following stages:

Stage I – within 1 month from the date of conclusion of the Agreement;

Stage II – within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,

Stage III - no later than by 15.12.2023

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractors submitting the bid to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the amount of PLN 28,000 (twenty-eight thousand PLN). If the bid bond is not paid or the bid bond is not improperly lodged or is not maintained continuously until the deadline for binding the offer or submitting an application for the return of the bid bond in the case referred to in Article 98(2)(3)of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor's offer will be rejected from the procurement procedure.
