The purpose of the contract is to carry out a masterplan for the restructuring of the VA site and a complete mission for the new construction of a Dutch-speaking kindergarten section and music academy at 1090 Jette.

The total cost of the works is currently estimated by the contracting authority at a maximum value capped per tranche as follows (see table)
