The subject of the contract is services covering the organisation of natural and plastic camps on the Baltic Sea, in the mountains of Poland, educational and recreation camps on the Baltic Sea, Masurian or Pomeranian or Greater Poland Lake District for children and young people and educational camps- Tourist in Bulgaria combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for students of secondary schools and students from the territory of the Municipality of Kleszczów in 2022 with a division into 6 parts (tasks).

1. Task 1:10-day (9 nights) nature camp — plastic “Meeting with plastics” for elementary school students from grades I-III, for 62 people in one or two tournus during the period between 27.06.2022 and 31.07.2022 years on the Baltic Sea.

3. Under criterion 2, a maximum of 40.00 points can be obtained, including:

3.1. resort with its own direct descent to the beach, which will be used during the bath — no further than 500 metres from the property where the group of participants will be accommodated (walking string according to Google Maps) — 10,00 points;

3.2. indoor swimming pool inside the building in the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the duration of the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour — 10,00 points;

3.3. hotel facility (guest house or hotel) of a category of at least 2** (two stars) entered in the Central list of Hotel Facilities — 15,00 points;

3.4. Organising a colour festival combined with joint fun in groups using certified Holi powders — 5,00 points.

1. Task 2:7-day (6 nights) natural and plastic camp “Meeting with plastics” for elementary school students from grades I-III, for 62 persons in one turnus or two tournus during the period between 27.06.2022 and 31.07.2022 years in the mountains of Poland.

3. Under criterion 2, a maximum of 40.00 points can be obtained, including:

3.1. indoor swimming pool inside the building in the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the duration of the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour — 10,00 points;

3.2. outdoor swimming pool in the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the duration of the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 10.00 points.

3.3. hotel facility (guest house or hotel) of a category of at least 2** (two stars) entered in the Central list of Hotel Facilities — 15,00 points;

3.4. Organising a colour festival combined with joint fun in groups using certified Holi powders — 5,00 points.

1. Task 3:10-day (9 nights) educational and recreational camp “The scene is not alien to us” for primary school students from grades IV-VI, for 66 people in one or two tournuses between 27.06.2022 and 31.07.2022 years on the Baltic Sea.

Assignment 4:10-day (9 nights) educational and recreation camp “Artistic variety” for primary school students from grades IV-VIII, for 70 persons in one or two tournuses (in case of division into turnus: 1 turnus - 40 people, II turnus - 30 persons) in the period between 27.06.2022 years and 31.07. 2022 year in the Masurian Lake District or Pomeranian Lake District or Wielkopolskie.

Assignment 6:12-day (9 nights) educational and tourist camp for secondary school students (minors and adults), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for 78 people in one or two tournuses during the period between 27/06/2022 and 31.07.2022. in Bulgaria Black Sea coast region in the area from Primorsko (inclusive) in the south to Albena (inclusive).

3. Under criterion 2, a maximum of 40.00 points can be obtained, including:

3.1. indoor or outdoor swimming pool in the hotel with free use by participants - 10.00 points.

3.2. distance from the beach used by participants up to 800 m (walking string according to Google Maps) - 10,00 points.

3.3. Free use of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which will be used by participants — 10,00 points;

3.4. Half day trip to the Aquapark stay at least 4 clock hours — 10.00 points.
