Awarding of general planning services including services of object planning buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI, specialist planning of structural design in accordance with § 49 HOAI, specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI, fire protection and building physics for the renovation and conversion of two immediately adjacent buildings in Rebstöcker Straße 93 and 93A in the Frankfurt district of Gallus in favour of the development of individual apartments with communal areas as well as rentable apartments for senior citizens.
St. Catherine's and White Entice is an independent foundation under public law. The sole purpose of the Foundation is to provide immediate support and care for single needy women. The purpose of the Foundation will be achieved in particular through the granting of annual pensions and the creation of accommodation.
In line with the purpose of the foundation, the St. Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstift plans to create individual apartments including communal areas for senior citizens as well as rentable apartments in the buildings owned by the foundation at Rebstöcker Straße 93 and 93A in Frankfurt-Gallus.
For the renovation and conversion of both buildings (approx. 1,000 m² HNF), the St. Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstift intends to commission a general planner who will carry out the necessary planning and consulting services in the field of object planning buildings and interiors, structural planning, technical building equipment, building physics and fire protection as a whole.

- the object planning of buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9
- the technical planning of structural engineering according to § 49 HOAI, LPH 1-6
- the technical equipment planning according to § 53 HOAI, LPH 1-9
- fire protection according to AHO Issue No. 17, LPH 1-8
- building physics - thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics according to Annex 1 HOAI, 1.2.1 building physics, LPH 1-7
Basic services of the above-mentioned service phases plus Special services, phased commissioning.
The estimated production costs (KG 300 - 400 according to DIN 276:2018-12) of the services to be awarded are estimated at approx. EUR 3.45 million net.
The aim is to make the plans immediately after the award procedure (vsl. October 2022). Construction is scheduled for spring 2023.
