The contractor shall provide the BMO with all services such as leasing and insurance of the bicycles, services (maintenance / repair) as well as the handling of the order, return and claims handling processes and coordinate and manage the aforementioned relationships and services, as well as for a ensure continuous service provision.

The employees of the company health insurance fund Mobil Oil can use a bicycle with or without motor assistance up to 25 km / h - so-called Pedelec (Pedal Electric Cycle) for business and private use, as part of a company bike rental.

BKK Mobil Oil and the contractor conclude a framework agreement on the services to be provided. This includes the creation and management of the service processes from order to completion as well as return and claims processing according to the specifications of this service description and the other contractual documents.

In addition, on the basis of the specifications in the service description and the other contractual documents, BKK Mobil Oil concludes a framework leasing contract with the leasing company specified by the contractor, in which the framework conditions for all future individual leasing contracts are specified.

For every bicycle ordered by an employee, BKK Mobil Oil concludes an individual leasing contract with the lessor designated by the contractor.

For each individual leasing contract, BKK Mobil Oil concludes a leasing contract with the respective employee, in which their rights and obligations with regard to the bicycle and in particular the deferred salary are regulated.

All leased bicycles must be insured against loss and damage. For this purpose, a fully comprehensive insurance is taken out for each individual leasing contract, which the contractor has included in his range of services.
