This contract is for the planned maintenance and repair of mechanical services, cold water and firefighting equipment within the London Borough of Lewisham.

Lewisham Homes Limited (LHL) was created as an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in January 2007. It is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee, and the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) is the sole member. The organization is responsible for managing around 13200 tenanted and 4800 leasehold properties.

The service now being sought is for the repairs and maintenance of mechanical services, cold water, and firefighting equipment for various sites across the London Borough of Lewisham.

The Service entails work of repair and maintenance, consisting of carrying out responsive repairs (including emergencies) alongside more extensive repairs within individually agreed job periods. In addition, certification will be issued after each test and a database kept detailing records of remedial works required.
