The Operation concerns the provision of security incident detection services (Soc-Security Operation Center) for a perimeter subject to the Military Programming Law (LPM) with the implementation of security event collection means from the various security data storage systems and computer and network systems.-the provision of services for the implementation and operation of a network detection probe qualified by the ANSSI (Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information): outsourced security incident detection service aimed at alerting the security team of the Geie-Gef.La consultation will give rise to a composite contract comprising:-a fixed-price contract,-a single-way framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code with only a maximum value set at 700,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the duration of the contract
