The framework agreement, hereafter called the contract, will cover Ringsaker Municipality's need for equipment, installations, and outside furniture for the municipality' outside areas and parks within the following product groups:
1. Flower installations
2. Waste containers
3. Barbeque
4. Pots/bowls
5. Watering installations
6. Outdoor furniture
The contract will be valid for 2 years with an option for Ringsaker Municipality (hereafter the contracting authority) to extend for a further 1+1 year. The option is automatically activated unless the Contracting Authority within 3 (three) months before the end of the Agreement period give a written notice that the option shall not be activated or shall be valid for a shorter period than one year.
The estimated value over a four-year period is NOK 2 million. There is no procurement obligation under the contract, and the amount can be both lower and higher, depending on the contracting authority's adopted budgets and activities. The upper total limit under the contract is set to NOK 3 million.
