The object of the contract is for the ordinary and periodic cleaning service to be carried out in the premises and environments that house the offices of public functions, in some sports facilities, as well as in some buildings owned by the municipality for residential use. The service must be carried out through the use of products and techniques with low environmental impact pursuant to Ministerial Decree 24/05/2012 and in accordance with the provisions of art. 57 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The services required by this service can be summarised as specified below and as better described in the Special Tender Conditions and their Annexes:

1) Scheduled daily/weekly routine cleaning:

a) Daily scheduled routine cleaning

b) Unforeseen and unforeseeable routine cleaning interventions.

2) Scheduled periodic routine cleaning:

a) Routine periodic scheduled cleaning

b) Unforeseen and unforeseeable extraordinary cleaning interventions
