The Wiltshire Dementia Strategy 2023 – 2028 has been developed by Wiltshire

Council and the ICB in conjunction with various local partners from the statutory

and voluntary sector, as well as through talking to people with dementia and

their carers and families about their experiences in Wiltshire.

Dementia Services is split in to two lots, Dementia Advisors and Dementia

Community Services. Both contracts are jointly and equally funded by Wiltshire

Council and the ICB.

Dementia Advisors provide support and advice for people with dementia and

their carers across the whole county (excl. Swindon)

Dementia Community Services provide groups and sessions to support people

with dementia across the whole county (excl. Swindon)
