Planning services in 7 lots (structural design, HLS and electrical, outdoor facilities, fire protection concept, services of building physics-thermal insulation and building acoustics) for the replacement building of the German-Polish Gymnasium Löcknitz of the district Vorpommern-Greifswald.

The contract includes engineering services for structural design according to Part 4 Section 1 HOAI, for LP 1-6. Verifiable static calculations and execution plans/work drawings are to be carried out for the object and additionally for the technical equipment (elevator). The stability certificate, formwork and reinforcement planning, construction details are to be produced according to planning progress. LP 1-4 is commissioned. After completion of LP 1-2, a general decision on further project implementation will be made by the client.

The planning and construction supervision services according to Part 4, Section 2, § 55 HOAI (Technical Equipment Performance Profile) are to be calculated.

Notes: For the generation of heating and cooling, solutions with PHV system and, if possible, with geothermal energy should be planned. Dirty and rainwater connections are located on the property. The water supply is also available. Line information from the pension providers is handed over when the contract is awarded. For the time being, LP 1-4 will be commissioned. After completion of LP 1-2, a general decision on further project implementation will be made by the client. During planning, the school building recommendations M-V must be taken into account.

On the site there is a body of water of the second order (Schlangengraben), which allows only a limited over- / development. For LP 1-2, planning services are to be provided here. They result from the claims of the pension providers. The chargeable costs for these two work phases are part of plant group 410.

Planning and construction supervision services according to Part 4, Section 2, § 55 HOAI (Technical Equipment for plant group 4,5,6 and 8).

In addition to the normal power supply, PHV systems must be installed on the roof.

Lightning protection systems, telecommunications and information technology systems must be built according to the latest state of the art.

An elevator over 3 floors is planned.

Line information from the pension providers is handed over when the contract is awarded. For the time being, LP 1-4 will be commissioned. After completion of LP 1-2, a general decision on further project implementation will be made by the client. During planning, the school building recommendations M-V must be taken into account.

In the planned new school building, a gross floor area (GFA) of 7,200 m² is to be newly created. An existing building with a gross floor area of 820 m² will be retained.

An offer for the following services is expected

1. Preparation of the fire protection concept on the basis of the confirmed planning document

2. Advice on BS construction and supplementation of the concept if required

3. Participation in construction supervision

The basic services are to be offered according to the proposal of the expert commission "Fire Protection" of the AHO. For the time being, orders will only be placed up to approval planning (LP 4). After examination of the project and distribution of the grants, the further commissioning is intended.

The basic services of work phases 1-8 are to be offered. According to the cost estimate, the chargeable costs are based on € 1,000,000 net. According to § 40, the fee zone III is determined.

LP 1-4 will be commissioned and LP 5-8 will be awarded later if the measure is carried out. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. The specifications for the qualities result from the existing basic determination, the variant investigation and in coordination with the user. The land area is approx. 9,600 m² minus the building floor areas. The space required for the new school building is approx. 2000 m² GFA. Currently, the site is built with 4 individual buildings. The demolition of 3 buildings is planned. Due to the building fabric and the spatial construction, these no longer meet the requirements of school operations. The gross floor area of the remaining existing building occupies approx. another 580 m² of the land area.

The following plans are to be made:

 Implementation of the specified requirements by the client with regard to design, functionality, freedom from errors and defects,

 Implementation of cost and schedule planning, consideration of the life cycle phases of the buildings

The basic services according to point 1.2.3 of the HOAI are to be offered.

The planning office determined the chargeable costs in the amount of: approx. € 18,174,000 (net). These are to be used as a basis for the calculation.

Work phases 1-4 are to be commissioned. The further commissioning can take place if the measure is to be carried out. There is no entitlement to further commissioning; if the continuation of the project is not secured.

The basic services according to point 1.2.4 of the HOAI are to be offered.
