The EEA wishes to enter into a framework contract with an experienced service provider to supply, install and maintain audio-visual equipment (AV equipment) and consumables and provide on-site technical support and consultancy services, in order to ensure quality AV equipment is set up in EEA premises.

As specified under sections 1.2 and 1.3 of the tender specifications.
