The subject of the contract is to maintain the technical and operational efficiency of the said port heating infrastructure:

- gas and gas / oil boiler rooms,

- heat pump,

- heating nodes,

- heating networks and heating channels.

The scope of the subject of the order is specified in detail in OPZ - Annex 1 to the ToR. A detailed list of heating infrastructure is included in Annex 1A to the ToR. The list of buildings fed from the heating network is included in Annex 1B to the ToR. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Contract, a specimen of which is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.
