1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of pharmaceutical products to the Company Pharmacy of the Detention Center in Gdańsk, divided into 10 parts, in the assortment and in estimated quantities indicated in Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract, which is also a form for drawing up an offer.
2. The subject of the contract must be admitted to trading on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Announcement of the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products of 28 November 2022 on the publication of the Official List of Medicinal Products Authorized for Marketing on the Territory of the Republic of Poland (Dz. MZ of 2022, item 121) and meet the conditions of the Act of 07 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022). MZ of 2022, item 974).
