The District Office of Aschaffenburg intends to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of Microsoft licensed products from volume agreements between the Federal Government and Microsoft with the designations "Enterprise Agreement" / "Select Plus" and its successor agreements, as well as for the purchase of standard software (C article).

The existing framework agreement from joining the Enterprise Agreement expires on 28.02.2023. There must be a seamless transition to Software Assurance

from 01.03.2023 for the existing and the procurement of new licenses including Software Assurance.

The District Office of Aschaffenburg intends to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of Microsoft licensed products from volume agreements between the Federal Government and

Microsoft with the designations "Enterprise Agreement" / "Select Plus" and its successor contracts, as well as for the purchase of standard software (C article).

The existing framework agreement from joining the Enterprise Agreement expires on 28.02.2023. The seamless transition of Software Assurance (software maintenance) from 01.03.2023 for existing licenses as well as the procurement of new licenses including Software Assurance must be ensured.

The subject of the framework agreement is the acquisition of comprehensive rights of use to any applicable rights. any software of Licensor Microsoft on the basis of the Microsoft Volume Licensing agreements of the BMI.

The client expects the support of the future contractor in license consulting, as well as in license and contract management.
