The Client is looking for a reliable partner for the maintenance and management of these installations for all building-related Electrical and Mechanical Installations (hereinafter: installations). The contract shall cover the following installations in general:

• waterinstallaties;

• gasinstallaties;

• heating installations;

• ventilation and air treatment installations

• cooling installations;

• regelinstallaties;

• NEN 3140 inspections in accordance; ''Long-term inspection plan electrical installations and thermography according to the NEN 3140 Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel''.
