The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of 2 (two) transformer stations in container construction with internal service along with equipment and commissioning, construction of 2 (two) MV cable lines supplying the stations under construction and reconstruction of the existing MV switchboard in transformer station No. 11-X-1352 in accordance with: a) design documentation prepared by Pracownia Projektowa Enspro Sp. z o.o. under the name: "Detailed design Stage I – Modernization of transformer station ST 11-X-1352 Volume 2.1a Primary circuits"; Volume 2.1b Measuring system; Volume 2.2 Secondary circuits; "Technical and executive design Stage II – Construction of SN-15kV cable connection with container transformer station MV/nN 15/0.4 kV ST Workshop"; Technical and executive design Stage III – Construction of MV 15 kV cable connection with container transformer station MV/nN 15/0.4 kV ST Composting Plant". The projects are an integral part of the Agreement, b) the decision on determining the public purpose investment no. POR.6733.30.2022, c) the connection conditions no. 22-BO/WP/00345 of 29.06.2022. for Entity III of the connection group to the distribution network with a rated voltage of 15 kV, on plots with geood number. 20205_2.011.436; 200205_2.011.443; 200205_2.011.168/1 within Hryniewicze, commune of Juchnowiec Kościelny.
