A site visit by bidders is mandatory. These visits will take place between February 27 and March 7, 2023. At the end of each of them, a certificate of visit will be issued to the candidates. This certificate must be provided by the candidate at the time of submission of his tender. This certificate will be one of the constituent documents of the offer without which it will be declared incomplete and therefore irregular.
