Multi-technical operation and maintenance (MTT) of the SIENID facilities in Moronvilliers (51).

The services concern the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of the High Current (CFO), Industrial Low Current (CFI), Low Current Safety (CFS), Air Conditioning - Ventilation - Heating - Fluids (HVAC-F) and Electromechanical (EM) installations, located on the SIENID site in Moronvilliers (51).

The contract concerns the operation and maintenance of the High Current (HFC), Industrial Low Current (LFC), Safety Low Current (CFS), Air Conditioning - Ventilation - Heating - Fluids (HVAC-F) and Electromechanical (EM) installations at the Moronvilliers site (51).

Experimental activities at the Moronvilliers site ceased in 2013. The site is currently being dismantled and the facilities will be shut down permanently depending on the progress of the sites concerned.

The facilities concerned are spread over about fifteen buildings or installations which are located:

- in "monitored" and "controlled" areas within the meaning of Article R231-81 of the French Labor Code that present a risk of exposure to ionizing radiation for the employees involved,

- in non-specific areas for all other buildings and facilities.

The contract provides for a firm period of 36 months, extendable for a maximum period of 24 months (see § II.2.11 below)

The contract includes firm services, Contingent Additional Services (PSE) and services provided at the request of the CEA, on BPU or on quote:

Firm services include:

Maintenance services:

- Preventive maintenance (levels 1 to 4);

- Systemic preventive maintenance (levels 1 to 4);

- Implementation of the Pilot Maintenance Plan (PMP);

- Corrective maintenance (Amount less than €650 excl. VAT).

Support benefits:

- Technical support;

- Traceability support;

- Regulatory support;

- Periodic Regulatory Audits (VRP);

- Assistance support which includes a 600-hour annual package.

On-call staff;

The supply of consumables.

Services at the request of the CEA include, in particular:

- The carrying out of various works, which consists of carrying out minor modification work falling within the scope of the Services. The amount of each transaction is limited to

€4,000 excl. VAT per operation, parts and labour;

- Level 5 preventive maintenance;

- Carrying out level 5 corrective maintenance, not included in the framework of the flat-rate services, for unit amounts greater than €650 excluding VAT;

- Condition-based preventive maintenance;

- the treatment of non-conformities and the compliance of installations following the implementation of regulatory support,

Possible additional services include:

- PES n°1: observation phase (one month),

- PES n°2: reversibility phase (one month).
