The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement between one (1) contractor and Dar (hereinafter referred to as ''client'') regarding the cleaning of container housings in the participating municipalities of Dar.

The agreement has a total term of four (4) years, of which the first two (2) years are fixed and then – under the same conditions – can be unilaterally extended twice by the client for a period of one (1) year. The effective date of the contract is 01-03-2023.

Extension only takes place when the work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the client. Satisfaction means carrying out the work in accordance with the PvE and the requirements and wishes as described in the tender.
