Leo Catering Ltd is asking for an offer for exchange mat services.
The request for tender shall be the delivery of an exchange mat service to the delivery items specified by the subscriber in accordance with this tender offer and its annexes.
Carpet quantities, sizes and exchange intervals, delivery addresses are indicated in Annex 1 Pricing Form.
Amounts and locations are indicated according to the current and estimated future situation, but are subject to change during the contractual period.
The customer does not commit to the specified quantities, sizes or exchange intervals, but it is necessary to change the use of the services as appropriate.
The change in the use of services also includes the possibility of temporary use of shifter mats, a one-time loan and, for example, due to weather conditions, a switch to the options included in complementary services.
The supplier must be able to provide the service to all the offices on the Offer Form, as well as, if necessary, all Leiona Catering Oy's offices.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
The necessary replacement mats are acquired and owned by the provider. The service must include carpets washing, drying, maintenance, repair, renewal, transportation, replacement and disposal of products that have been worn out..
Carpets are changed to clean ones, as a rule, every two to four weeks (According to the Appendix).
During the weekdays, the exchange is carried out either on the weekday preceding or the following holy.
It must be possible to change the interval in accordance with the customer's needs.
Lion Catering reserves the right to suspend service if necessary.
A monitoring system must be created for the services of the sites.
It becomes clear to see when the carpet replacement was last done and when there is the next exchange.
The tender request (see suitability requirements and criteria for the object of acquisition) specify the requirements relating to the selection of the service provider.
In addition to accepting the requirements, the tenderer shall, if requested, attach valid documents to its tender to verify the requirements set.
The provider (Provider of the Service) must agree to comply with the agreed quality.
Quality should always correspond to a level generally accepted for the sector at least.
In case of shortcomings in quality, the producer of the service should compensate the subscriber for the actual damage caused.
The service provider shall document all the complaints that have come from the customer;
respond to them within 24 hours and immediately take steps to correct the error.
The service producer shall be responsible for ensuring that the service is made according to the agreed timetable and content and,
the use of skilled personnel suitable for the service to produce the service and the tasks are carried out properly and carefully.
The procurement shall not be divided into parts, in which case the tenderer must be able to provide all the products, services and requirements under this procurement procedure in full.
The tenderer understands that all possible points of delivery cannot be described during this procurement procedure and we also expect flexibility and deliveries from our supplier to the delivery points to be defined later in the contract period.

Thus, we require unconditional reliability, security of supply and continuity planning from our vendors, as well as testing the continuity plan. At the start of the contract period, the management of vendor disruptions has been handled to minimize the potential impact of food chain disruption on Lion Catering's customer operations.
Lion Catering looks forward to a long, developing and mutually beneficial cooperation with respect to the contract under this procurement procedure. We expect active grip from the supplier during the contract period to develop order-supply chain processes and portfolio management. The acquisition is subject to an indefinite procurement contract.
The product and their quantities and other requirements and conditions of the invitation to tender may be specified as the procurement procedure progresses.
Actual quantities of products acquired during the contractual period may differ from those shown. Lion Catering cannot commit to the procurement amounts presented, but should be understood as information that facilitates the bid dingemaking and pricing and the pricing review procedure. The Purchaser reserves the right to add offices under the terms of the contract concluded with the winning tenderer of this competitive bidder.
