The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected or transferred to PSZOK by owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
"Collection, transport and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of residential real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune", consisting in: 1) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the Zawadzkie commune The following waste fractions will be collected and transported: a) glass and glass packaging, b) paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging, (c) multi-material packaging, (d) plastics and plastic packaging, (e) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste, (f) metals and metal packaging, (g) ash, (h) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; 2) collection, transport and management of waste collected in points organized by the Contractor in the municipality: a) expired medicines - from designated three points in the municipality; (b) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of the injection of medicinal products and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, from three designated points in the municipality; 3) collection, transport and development of furniture in the form of a monthly travelling collection directly from the house; 4) equipping the property with containers or bags for collecting waste specified in the regulations; 5) printing and delivery of information leaflets on the principles of selective waste collection and containing the schedule of waste collection - to the owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune.
"Collection and management of municipal waste accepted at the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste", consisting in the collection and management of the following municipal waste selectively accepted from the owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune at the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection located in Kielcza in the period from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 or transferred to PSZOK from the date of its launch, if this deadline falls after 1 July 2023: a) waste batteries and accumulators, b) waste electrical and electronic equipment, c) furniture and other bulky waste, d) used tyres from passenger cars, e) construction and demolition waste (roofing felt, polystyrene, windows with glass, mirrors, etc.) generated in the household (waste code 17 09 04 – Mixed construction waste, repairs and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03), f) clothing and textiles, g) glass and glass packaging, (h) paper and cardboard and paper and paperboard packaging, i) multi-material packaging, j) plastics and plastic packaging, (k) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste, (l) metals and metal packaging, (m) ash, (n) expired medicines; (o) waste not eligible as household medical waste resulting from the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes; (p) chemicals.
