Transport, treatment, characterization, conditioning of nuclear waste in ICPE (Installation classified for the Protection of the Environment) for disposal to regulatory outlets
Services of transport, treatment, characterization and conditioning of nuclear waste in ICPE (Installation classified for the Protection of the Environment) – hot base for their evacuation to their outlet. This waste comes from the remediation, dismantling and renovation of the INBS Missiessy on the Toulon Naval Base (BNT).
The scope of the Contract includes the firm services defined below:
- The drafting of waste acceptance files in regulatory outlets;
- The handling/loading of containers and their transport from the BNT to the ICPE of the Holder;
- The treatment, characterization and conditioning of waste in accordance with the acceptance files,
at the Holder's premises;
- The organization of the transport of waste from the ICPE of the Holder to the outlet and storage before the
realization of the transport.
The options (fixed rate or on Unit Price Schedule) provided for in the Contract concern:
- The handling of waste in containers located at the beginning of the Contract on a third-party ICPE to the ICPE of the Holder,
- The supply of primary packaging for waste,
- Studies for sending MML (Handling and Lifting Means) to the Holder's ICPE,
- Sending MMLs to the Holder's ICPE and processing them (processing, characterization, packaging and organization of transport to ANDRA).
In addition to these benefits, there are benefits on an estimated share. These services may be the subject of a Unit Price Schedule (BPU), the prices being fixed per unit.
