The object of the order is to support the manufacturer to license the postal system.

1. The object of the order is the support of the manufacturer to license the postal system. A detailed description of the item of the order is specified in Part III of SWZ Description of the Object of the Order and Part IV of SWZ Designed Contract Provisions (PPU).

2. Delivery of the document confirming the renewal of the subscription will take place at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract or within the shorter time limit offered by the Contractor, in accordance with the Contractor's offer (Note: constitutes a criterion for evaluation of tenders).

3. Deadline for the support of the manufacturer to the postal system license: from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2023. The current subscription of the license expires on 31 August 2021. The contract with the Contractor will run from the date of its conclusion until 31 August 2023.

4. No initial market consultations were carried out prior to the initiation of the procedure.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not include social, environmental or label aspects in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
