The project planning for the renovation of the event/multi-purpose hall is already being carried out - due to unexpected deficits in the structure and the associated immediate closure of the hall - and is in the state of preliminary planning. Planning the renovation is not part of the order.

The current concept for the planning of the extension includes a spacious entrance on the north-east corner, an entrance foyer on the ground floor with direct access to extendable stands, a view through a large window into the hall to increase the attractiveness of the entrance, a 2.40 m wide staircase into the foyer in the lower floor, at the level of the hall, provides a large airspace for daylight for the foyer in the warehouse, foyer in the lower floor with 3-4 entrances to the triple hall, a spacious cloakroom, new toilet areas, as well as the possibility of delivery by a caterer necessary for events via a lift that can be supplied from the outside. A catering storage room is intended to accommodate the infrastructure for events (refrigerators, warming ovens, storage for dishes, etc.).
