The purpose of this call for tenders is the acquisition of external services for development and supporting services in the context of the Research and Innovation's grant management systems, including business intelligence.
The services include, inter alia, adaptation and/or integration of existing systems and products and involve activities as described for each lot. Lot 1 concerns the development of information systems, their implementation and maintenance. Lot 2 concerns the supporting services for information systems, including testing, user assistance and consultancy.
It may concern all types of information systems and all areas related to the grant management processes of the contracting authority.
The service is executed either by contractor's staff at the contracting authority's premises or outside the contracting authority's premises, typically at the contractor's premises, on the basis of fixed price or quoted time and means or proximity time and means or time and means orders.
It concerns the development of information systems, their implementation and maintenance.
It may concern all types of information systems and all areas related to the grant management processes of the contracting authority.
Typical examples are:
— data processing and information management applications,
— workflow and business management,
— business intelligence applications,
— data warehouse.
It may concern as well legacy applications and open-source software (OSS) developments. For off-site developments, a strong project management capability is required.
The service is executed either by contractor's staff at the contracting authority's premises or outside the contracting authority's premises, typically at the contractor's premises, on the basis of fixed price or quoted time and means or proximity time and means or time and means orders.
It concerns the supporting services for information systems, including testing, user assistance and consultancy.
It may concern all types of information systems and all areas related to the grant management processes of the contracting authority.
It includes the following activities:
— IS quality and audit,
— IS security,
— IS requirement analysis,
— IS specific studies,
— enterprise architecture,
— user assistance,
— administration (excluding technical system administration and dedicated data-entry or non-informatics operational services),
— coordination.
