Works will involve the partial refurbishment of the existing Art Room and adjoining Store Room, Minor Alterations to Existing External Store, Rear Exit Lobby and construction of New External Ramps. The works will be carried out within the Existing Building and will involve working out of hours to complete the project within the proposed project completion deadline.
