1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase of tablets and portable computers for the needs of the University of Opole, divided into parts, i.e.:
1.1. Part No. 1, entitled: Purchase of tablets for the Institute of Visual Arts – 4 pcs.
1.2. Part No. 2, entitled: Purchase of portable computers for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science – 2 pcs.
2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract shall state:
2.1. With regard to Lot 1, Annex 1A to the Terms of Use
2.2. With regard to Lot 2, Annex 1B to the Terms of Use
3. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, the complete subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract/contract (according to the part).
Purchase of tablets for the Institute of Visual Arts - 4 pcs.1. The subject of the order for lot no. 1 is: Purchase of tablets for the Institute of Visual Arts – 4 pcs.
2. The description of the subject matter of the contract with respect to lot no. 1 is attached as Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference
3. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, the complete subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract/contract (according to the part), within the time limit indicated in point 6
4. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) to which the Contractor is entitled.
5. The Contractor grants the Contracting Authority: twenty-four [24] months of warranty for the subject of the contract.
5.1 The warranty period indicated in clause 5 is the minimum period. The Contractor may include in the offer a longer warranty period for the offered subject of the contract, but not longer than: sixty [ 60 ] months.
6. The subject of the contract must be completed within a maximum of twenty-one [ 21 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
6.1. The deadline for the performance of the subject matter of the contract indicated in point 6 is the maximum deadline for the performance of the subject matter of the contract. In the Offer Form, the Contractor may include a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than: five [ 5 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
7. The date of concluding the agreement is the day set by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with section 20.2 of the Terms of Reference, from which the period specified in point 6 begins to run
8. Execution of the subject of the order will take place on working days.
Purchase of portable computers for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science - 2 pcs.1. The subject of the contract for lot no. 2 is: Purchase of portable computers for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science - 2 pcs.
2. The description of the subject matter of the contract with respect to lot no. 2 is attached as Appendix 1B to the Terms of Reference
3. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, the complete subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract/contract (according to the part), within the time limit indicated in point 6
4. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) to which the Contractor is entitled.
