Municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from inhabited properties, and the collection and development of segregated municipal waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste from the area of the Municipal Community of Tuszów National in the period from 01 .01.2022 to 31.12.2022. The Contracting Authority shall provide containers for mixed waste and the Contractor bags for the collection of selective waste. II The subject of the contract should be carried out assured. the achievement of the corresponding levels of recycling, prepared. waste for reuse and recovery by other methods and the reduction of mass of municipal waste. Biodegradable transfers to warehousing. in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996. on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ of 2021, item 888 of late-day).
III. The Contractor is obliged to collect and use municipal waste generated on the properties on which residents reside, as well as from PSZOK.
