Lot 1 includes the trades district heating, sewer construction, gas HD and ND pipes, water pipe construction, e-supply and communications technology as well as extensive road construction.

In detail:

- District heating KMR DN 300/450 approx. 2500 linear metres, FW overhead line DN 300 approx. 130 metres

- Channel construction RW DN 600 -300 approx. 950m, RW DN 1000-600 approx. 580m, SW channel DN 250 approx. 1100m,

Kanalschachtbauwerke 13 x Kombischacht, 12 x Standardschacht.

- Gas HD line DN 400 approx. 1950m, Dn 200 approx. 170m

- Gas ND DN 200 ca. 1600m

- Wasser DN 400 ca. 200m, DN 200 ca. 570m, DN 150 ca.330m

- E-supply 10kV approx.360m, 1kV approx. 2000m (civil engineering services only)

- Telecommunications empty pipe laying 3 x50 in triangular composite approx. 2650m

The route in lot 1 is divided into five sections:

- Connection Simonsstraße - Vogelsauer Treppe

- Vogelsaue - Nützenberger Straße

- Nützenberger Straße - Kyffhäuser Straße

- Nützenberger Straße - Otto Hausmann Ring

- Otto Hausmann Ring - Am Eskesberg

Lot 2 includes the district heating and communications engineering trades as well as road construction to a small extent.
