Lot 1 concerns the network diversion work necessary before the installation of the future accommodation buildings, and necessary before the demolition in the old accommodation building. Lot 2 concerns all electrical works (HT and Bt) necessary to adapt the electrical installations of the district for the construction of new buildings and the demolition of other buildings. The works of lot 2 mainly include: The installation of the new HV loop following the creation of buildings and the demolition of others, including the supply and laying of the cable as well as the realization of the corresponding VRD; The installation and connection of new HV transformer stations following the construction of new buildings; The installation of new LV networks to supply buildings that require it, following the removal of certain HV substations; Adaptation of the lighting network following the demolition of certain transformers; Temporary power supply for buildings 030, 031, 035 and 036 following the demolition of a transformer supplying these buildings; Installation of lighting on a stretch of road
