Description:
Maintenance and maintenance of electric spout installations on the heritage of the SAHLM real estate of the Moulin Vert and the property of the Moulin Vert

This contract is a single-attribution framework agreement executed as purchase orders issued by the contracting authority are issued pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

It is concluded without minimum or maximum.

Place of performance:

The licensee must intervene at the SAIMV and FMV sites in the territory of the Île-de-France region. The sites are listed in the BPU value DQE for information purposes. The wealth that may evolve during the execution of the contract. The details of the sites will be contracted by issuing the order form listing addresses and characteristics (one spout).

The services concerned are as follows:

— routine maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (whose remuneration is commonly referred to as P2);

- major upkeep, corrective maintenance, and renewal of equipment (the remuneration of which is commonly called P3).
