The object of this award is the determination of a trading partner for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the annual extension of software maintenance, the expansion of the license portfolio and the provision of supplementary services within the framework of the IBM Passport Advantage contract of DVZ Datenverarbeitungszentrum Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (client).

The customer holds contract no. 26669 with the manufacturer IBM under the volume licensing program "Passport Advantage". This currently includes maintenance services for various IBM software products. The purpose of this tender is to identify a trading partner for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the annual renewal of software maintenance for the licensed products included in the Passport Advantage contract as well as for the expansion of the license portfolio in this Passport Advantage contract. In addition, the object of performance includes supplementary services with regard to the licensed products contained in the Passport Advantage contract.
