This is the Direct Home Care Service referred to social-welfare activities and support in favor of the elderly and disabled adults in conditions of fragility or non-self-sufficiency residing in the Municipality of Lucca.

The service is aimed at offering qualified assistance at home to adults or elderly people who are self-sufficient or not self-sufficient, without adequate assistance in the absence of a family network of reference, or in the presence of family members not fully able to ensure the care supports that the fragile person needs.

CONTRACT FOR THE DIRECT HOME CARE SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED ADULTS IN CONDITIONS OF FRAGILITY OR NON-SELF-SUFFICIENCY
