4. Personnel Management: Personal data sheet and employment data
5. Personnel Planning: Workforce Management, TPN Management and Technical Organization Chart
6. Calculation and monitoring of the budget - Management of Chapter I
7. Management of contracts and appointments
8. Management of social assistance
9. Exploitation of Human Resources data
Also subject to this contract is the implementation and migration of data from the current systems to the new system to be tendered, the integration with the accounting management program, with the entry record and with the file management program in cases where it is convenient to parameterize it, as well as the training of the personnel of the human resources service that must act as manager.
