The purpose of this call for tenders is project management and project management services for the construction of a new multifunctional guest house. The client, Stiftung Mainzer Universitätsfonds, is an independent, legally competent, non-profit foundation under public law. With the aim of creating rooms for apartments for visiting professors and guests of Johannes Gutenberg University (Gästehaus), the Center for Advanced Scientific Education (ZWW), as well as offices, the client will construct a corresponding building.

The multifunctional guest house will be built on the campus of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. A general contractor was commissioned with the planning and construction of the building.
